Tyre pump with plug-in nipples 12 bar
- The right tyre pressure is important to be safe on the road. This tyre pump with 35 cm hose works up to 12 bar and is easy to use. Use the lever to pump air into the tyre. Got too much air in the tyre? With the push button, you easily remove air from the tyre again.
- The tyre pump is made of aluminium and is therefore light in the hand. The package includes two insertion nipples, Orion 6 mm and Euro DN 7.2/7.4. Both nipples have 3/8" female thread. You simply screw these push-in nipples onto the tyre pump. The rubber ring seals it and creates an airtight connection.
- The pressure gauge is easy to read and is divided into three sectors. Green means there is the right amount of air in the tyre, yellow means slightly too much air in the tyre and red means there is really too much air in the tyre. In the red and yellow sections, you have to let air out of the tyre again until it gets into the green section and has the right tyre pressure.
- Can I use the tyre inflator to inflate bicycle tyres?
- It is possible to inflate bicycle tyres with this tyre pump, however, it does not come standard with adapters. These adapters are available separately as a car pump valve to bike valve adapter or the print adapter to go from a car pump to a bike valve.
- Connecting to the compressor
- The tyre inflator features a rubber ring for air sealing. But of course, it can happen that the ring gets lost or broken. To make an airtight connection then, use Teflon sealing tape or Thread Sealant 10 ml.
